Most importantly, if you are feeling helpless and having thoughts of suicide, PLEASE immediately call 1-800-273-8255 - the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. There is also a live CHAT available to you on their website. They are there to help you 24 hours a day and are amazing!

The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services has created a website just for you. There’s plenty of references there including preventing and protecting yourself from cyberbullying, what to do if you are being bullied, how to stand up to others, and more.

PACER Teens Against Bullying

This is one of our favorite sites that takes a very simple approach to helping you and your classmates.  If you wondering if you are a bully, there’s a quiz on this site. Just remember, bullying is a behavior and behaviors can be changed.
